In collaboration with Leslie Liu aka TaipeiFoodie, Mercy produced the 2nd annual Off Menu Taiwan by Tatler Magazine's online campaign. The production featured Michelin-star-studded celebrities and creations in a cyber mystic imagery through futuristic film inspired videos. Off Menu Taiwan 2021 is a 3-day food festival featuring 8 chef/restaurants, 2 mixologist, 1 patissier with their 11 off-the-menu creations. The featured participants round up accolades from the Michelin Guide, 50Best, and other exceptional culinary awards.
